Differential pressure damper
The control pressure can be adjusted in four stages from 10 to 40 Pa using a differential pressure adjustment weight, with adjustments possible in 10 Pa increments.
The "Differential Pressure Damper" is a product that maintains a constant pressure in a clean room by allowing the blades to slide in response to pressure fluctuations within the room. In a clean room, it is necessary to maintain positive pressure inside to prevent the intrusion of contaminated outside air. This product keeps the indoor pressure at a constant positive level, even with fluctuations caused by the opening and closing of entrance and exit doors or changes in exhaust volume. The controlled pressure can be adjusted in four stages from 10 to 40 Pa, using weights for differential pressure adjustment, with a pitch of 10 Pa. The standard installation wall thickness ranges from 40 to 90 mm. 【Features】 ■ Maintains a constant pressure in the room by allowing the blades to slide in response to pressure fluctuations within the clean room. ■ The controlled pressure can be adjusted in four stages from 10 to 40 Pa, using weights for differential pressure adjustment, with a pitch of 10 Pa. ■ The standard installation wall thickness ranges from 40 to 90 mm. ■ There is also a fire damper with a built-in fire shutter (optional). *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
